Mine owe me nothing head, probably while I'm still holding, but I still dont think now is the time to be issuing another 44 mill shares.

No one else in here seems to mind though, so just looks like my few nay's vs all those yay's.

Still no wiser about the $235,183 we spent on shares in an "unlisted" UK entity either.

Any chances of divulging details of this unlisted UK entity, and the status of these shares since the purchase date??

Why did NUP chose to back THIS unlisted UK entity, over many other local co's?

I cant get to the AGM, would appreciate if someone who is going can ask these questions.
