Its a good looking chart.
Rumours & a spike in 2000, then crash.
Rumours & a spike in 2001 then a crash.
More rumours and smaller spikes in 2002 followed by another crash.
More rumours and smaller spikes thru 2003 & 2004 followed by another crash.
Then the grand finale in 2007.
The biggest rumours of all followed by the mother of all spikes and the father of all crashes.
Someones made heaps out of these rumours, rises & crashes and it wasnt me.
So yes Zzzdad I am surprised, even more so that there are even any buyers on the board.
Its a pity that I didnt have the brains to sell even one share in any of those moves. But then again, brains was never one of my strong points.
I think there also needs to be another addition to the sentiment list.
Something along the lines of "dont touch this stock even if your life depends on it"
