yup, with Superhero you own a 'unit in a trust', not an individual HIN... and the ATO always catches up with anyone thinking they can hoodwink them..
One bit of info we were not given in all that Superhero hype is how many of those 10000 Milennials who registered are ACTIVE traders..lots of them register in a moment of excitement but actually spending time actively using it is another matter... SWF users are active users.. and the ability to buy US shares will see it bounce more and more..
