If you are talking about Disallowed (https://www.Disallowed.nz/), I can't see how they will offer CHESS holding, given that they are allowing fractional shares to be bought (https://intercom.help/Disallowed/en/articles/3153423-fractional-shares). I thought that would be a strong indicator of a custodian model.
