With HIN transfer think you will find the delay is with the broker you are transferring from as they have to release your shares to SWF. I believe the transform form is sent automatically to that broker from SWF as soon as you complete your application, but from that point on it is with your current broker to action and I think with all brokers currently overloaded most are moving people who are transferring out to the bottom of the queue of things to do. Possibly worth chasing your current broker.
