Without an effective management team a start up company wouldn't get very far, let alone even raise capital.

I don't adovacte an excessive amount of managers/execs but I see this as a positive to move forward.

You don't make money or create value without first spending it wisely, look at the appointment as a investment in the company.

I've also mentioned previously that you need patience with spec buys if your a buy and hold.

If you're after quicker movement with high liquidity then jump into a producing stock.
