This stock has a very low liquidity and numerous 0 volume days. You'll always get fairly large price swings in this environment. So yes, patience is key as is risk tolerance when it comes to this type of investment.
Based purely on the cash in the bank, that would represent around 8c/share. Which obviously becomes less as the cash is spent on exploration to generate further value.
Upside will come when more of the exploration licences are granted and the resources JORC compliant. Then further (alot further!) down the track, the production phase. Which will invlove a capital raising, off take agreement, some debt or a combination!
I'd be surprised if we don't see a capital raising further down the track, hopefully then the share price will be alot higher than now. The higher the price the less dilutive the offering.
