I assume Dr Nisbet has fallen by the wayside as a director, because his name (after many months since his appointment) does not appear among the three other directors at www.solagran.com

If this is the case then SLA cannot be lifted from suspension, because 2 of the 3 directors give bios that suggest they are not Australian residents. That would contravene ASX listing rules, which require at least two Australian residents as directors.
