The ANZ selloff fiasco is being driven by young gun employees who don't know the rules who are sweaty with gusto in doing what their manager has ordered who also doesn't know the rules because no one wants to be left holding the can... because no one cares two hoots about the regulators.
That's life inside a big org.
But if you came home and told your old ad what you'd done at work that day he'd slap you around the ears and call you a silly bastard.
