You can be certain that ANZ would not be acting without some very expensive legal advise having been taken.
Good on'em too, as a shareholder I don't feel compelled to subsidise the risk of investors in dodgy sharebroking deals.
However this thing plays out in the long run you can be sure of one other thing, it will be damn interesting!
