Don't know about Banks but will affect Landlords. The following article in the West Australian suggests rents will soar and investors will be buying property to get the rental returns. Seems like the economy is moving. Also hearing SA might be opening borders up to every state except Vic is possibly another positive for the economy. I do think ANZ is good value at this price so I'm accumulating.
