Was just listening to an investor podcast with some interesting discussion suggesting that property prices could actually increase next year instead of the decrease everyone is expecting. Low interest rates, pent up demand, likely ongoing stimulus, Aussie’s continue loving property. Anybody’s guess.
Not thinking I’ll buy any more bank shares just yet as I’m well covered but I’m certainly not going to sell them. It makes sense to me that banks will remain pillars of our Australian economy.
