Does anyone know what the total cash cost (CFR China) Arrium is at right now for the Iron Ore its shipping ?
Why I'm asking ?
I had a look at Arriums last listed mining Quarterly production report (Quarter ending 30-Sep-2015) and their average total cash cost they have quoted as achieved was A$57.4 a dry metric tonne.
They have also quoted in that same report that they have only achieved an average of 87% of the Platts index price for 62% Iron content.
So if I take all that and reverse engineer it all back using the current iron ore prices, and if that last total cash cost published hasn't dropped significantly ?, it would seem that now based on the last quoted average weekly tonnes shipped they are also setting up to throw away another 1.4 million dollars a week in losses "if they keep shipping", so I'm obviously a bit concerned.
Does anyone know what the total cash cost (CFR China) Arrium is...
