ASIC were always going to suspend it. It's a big sale for a junior, hardly going to go unnoticed.
When you say there are no conditions precedent and then ASIC ask who the buyer is and they say 'we can't disclose that' - then clearly there ARE conditions of the sale that have not been disclosed, for whatever reason people may believe.
Maybe just maybe had they have said the sale is subject to the condition of the buyer remaining private/anonymous it may have been different story.
Alas, that is not the case here it seems.
