stockguru, during the height covid panic, our key service providers were virtually uncontactable, as they were all working from home.
Which home you ask? From their homes in India. Guess the quality of their telecommunications network.
Telstra was uncontactable via any voice connection, guess where their call centres are?
They think they are saving money, but in reality it the same, as what used to take one call in an Aussie Centre now takes 3 or 4 from an OS centre, thats if you are persistant.
