APRA could execute an enforceable undertaking and place their own board if an ADI were going belly up..
As an “unsecured creditor” of the ADI up,to,$250,000 of savings and smsf deposits could be taken to stop the collapse..
To get the money back individual had to apply through three levels of the Supreme Court..
The whole thing is sick..
