Microsoft is across the lake from Seattle. Workers would be mostly living in Kirkland, Woodinville, and Bothell etc…not Seattle. Boeing is about 15k's south of the city (which is fairly compact)…and most of the workers would be living south of Boeing…where prices are lower. Don't know about Starbucks…but been in the area many times. Do know where Boeing and Microsoft are, and what surrounds them….and it isn't Seattle…That said the whole area has been improving last couple years….
