Never average down. Its a receipe for disaster.
It also means one is trying to rectify an already made mistake.Why compound an error?
I find myself all-too-frequently averaging up.When buying more for a second, third and sometimes fourth time, thinking "why didnt I buy more in the first instance?"
Thats me being cautious.
