yep and AFTER a consolidation.
AVQ is unlisted which means at least a $5m cap raise. Current shares 539m, 10:1 consolidation and then $5m cap raise at 1c which is an additional 500m shares plus vendor shares.
Could be a billion shares on issue when all is said and done with CURRENT holders, you know those you claim will have fantastic upside, having no shares left after this crunch.
And then moving into Tin. LOL seriously mate, Tin is garbage
AVQ is far from a clean shell, tons of legacy and compliance issues which will take too much time to sort through. I seriously doubt anybody will touch this junk, especially for a tin asset, and as I can see Ryan Mount is just an ex-broker with a bad reputation, only Disallowed salesmen would want to get involved
