Trying to follow on: Apologies for the long time to reply. (and please understand it should not be my job to seek the truth or answer your questions, it should be on open and fair discussion.)
As AVQ has been delisted for failing to comply with financial reporting, why didn't AVQ management comply?
The failure to be allowed an exporting licence and inability to do business prevented Shareholders and landowners the opportunity to have any income. The CEO and others office holders were subjected to the threat of handing in their passport and it became too dangerous to deal with the Mining ministry. The failure of financial reporting I cannot directly answer that, however if the ASX or ASIC feel we as shareholder were in someway ripped off or impropriety concerning money illegally acquired or utilised then ASIC should be seeking justice for SH's.
AVQ paid large amounts to consultants, who were these consultants? and what services did they provide?
Did they pay large amounts of Money for consultants? If they employed consultants, I would have recommended security and local experts that may have had local knowledge. Using Consultants is not some secret or sinister method of management. I recall many a time suggestions that Consultants were employed to use HC. I suspect consultants were employed to ensure landowners were on the same page. Which would also suggest oppositional influences may also utilise consultancy. I do know that I read in a financial report consultants were employed, specifically, I don't know how.
Were there any undisclosed AVQ related party transactions that required the intervention of the corporate regulator?
I don't recall any? Are you referring to the Capital Raising? In which case there were no undisclosed transactions. Corporate regulator, your are referring to the ASX? In which case the ASX requested the CR be withdrawn on the basis of the next question...
Why in the last capital raising prospectus did AVQ management falsely claim they held mining rights in Kolosori necessitating the intervention of ASIC and the withdrawal of the prospectus?
I recall this and my understanding was the political nature of the Solomons was quite volatile. If ASIC or ASX did intervene then that may contradict the discussion at the time which criticised ASIC for its inaction. The failure was not in the capital raising, but the overall health of the company. The error was never specifically referred to, however there was conjecture on the wording and map locations.
Where did the $10's million of AVQ shareholder's funds go? I'll reword this slightly as specifically, my money.. Not sure exact amounts... BUT yes Where did the SH's money go? Mining Exploration, application cost, court cases, wages....etc No Income...
Whose pockets? Possibly, Miners, courts, engineers, consultants and wages.... I wish I could be more specific, and I prefer not to be cynical.
Why was the AVQ office closed, the website removed, and the phone disconnected without any explanation by AVQ management?
Given RM's recent account, it may have been because axiom were packing up shop.. no big issue, the welcome mat, overstay was gone, not many options.
Why did the CEO and the Board of AVQ repeatedly fail to comply with listing rules resulting in delisting from the ASX?
Same question as above, but same answer, it ran out of money...
Why have the CEO and the Board of AVQ failed to provide an account to shareholders of the current status of AVQ, and of shareholders' AVQ investments for over 2 years? Not much to mention I suspect. Such a shame we don't really have answers and I am not sure people want to hear the truth especially if there is vindictiveness.
"I am not accusing anyone of corruption, however, anyone with their eyes open and who has followed this disaster and destruction of shareholder wealth for 10 years as I have can see other is plenty that warrants investigation." I fully agree, where do we start? Surely it is not my job to do it alone?
