    there are many many people involved in these sorts of deals as you know
    AVQ is essentially a private company at the moment and if ryan wishes to relist AVQ as a public company will need to recapitalize to do so...

    2, cornerstone investors

    simple
    my understanding is he has both

    things are happening
    AVQ is not dead
