Answered definitively in the half-year report. The latest BARDA application is still active, under review by BARDA for six months now and the coy is promising to inform the market as soon as BARDA "has made a final decision".
IMO, BARDA's decision could come at any time. My read is that the company remains optimistic given the enthusiasm various highly regarded burn centers in the US have expressed in supporting PolyNovo's application.
