    Hi JV

    Have been trying to find something on the Bio Shield programme for 2016 without much success. I think the 2015 budget has been spent and the new fiscal year doesn`t until the 1st April. I think I saw somewhere $676m was the new number for next year (increase on 2015). I won`t be expecting anything on BARDA till April at the earliest.
