Beament had 41% vote against his exorbitant performance rights issue at the 2019 AGM. In sync with this, at yesterdays 2020 AGM, 36.5% voted NO in the motion to issuing himself $millions more in performance rights.
Clearly, shareholders have had enough of the beguiling Mr Beament lining his pockets year-on-year.
Is Beament heading toward forced re-election in 2021?
