    VOC just touched $2.84

    Two big factors at play here.

    #1. Janchor upped its Substantial Shareholder stake. Janchor is not a short term player and with a CEO with lots of Australian exposure he knows what a great set of assets VOC owns.

    #2. AGM on Tuesday may bring some good news and maybe some news of asset sales and perhaps Bug1's longed for Data-Centre sale and leasebacks.
