Very true cowanna, my local branch is a community one and they do fantastic things for the local area, I mean a small bus for a school, sporting clubs, the manager and staff attend various charities with support, talking about staff they are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help. I got out of one of the larger banks, too much of a clinical approach to their customers.
I hope this doesn't sound like a sales pitch, just the way I feel about them.
