Just a couple more things which he added was rail costs around $7500 per km (I think thats what he said) and he quoted actual numbers on power/water but cant remember, thats why he stressed this Yipa alliance was a strong positive.

I will gladly share all his thoughts once he does his thorough DD. He also said he will be running the Bevan figures past 2 former colleagues who are considered gurus in the magnetite industry (he told me their names but I won't mention them) but a clue is look at Jack Hills.

He also looked at the LCY Investor Preso of a few months ago and said the timelines were very optimistic but achievable esp if infrastructure and funding weren't going to be an issue.
