I think tty used to sell IO at spot price above US$100
now the bench mark price after discount is about US$60
tty's cost of production was, last time i checked around UD$50.
So US$20 million roughly profit from sales
less other expenses convert back to AU$
divided by # of shares of around 160 million
profit per share is about 8 to 10 cents
not bad given the current price
if we use DCF model, the sp should be around 50 cents.
If reserve increased to 20 million tons, sp can jump to $1.
Correct me if i'm wrong haven't checked updates for a while.
IO price is likely to go up after recession.
