Is Bit breaching Listing Rule 3.1 ?

I actually think they are breaching company law. Under Listing Rule 3.1, an entity must disclose all information “concerning it” that it becomes aware of from any source17 and of any character, if a reasonable person would expect the information to have a material effect on the price or value of its securities.

They have been deliberately vague about these test. Giving the impression that they had started testing when they had not. ie misleading the market. They should disclose if trials have started, when they started and when they expect to have results. Lots of basic information that by law should be disclosed !!
