I bought some bitcoin from Bitcoin Australia several years ago. A modest amount then. I am now wanting to cash in some of it. For a days I have been trying to put in a sell through Bitcoin Australia and their cohort Banxa. In both cases I just get error even though I have been thorough in the verification process. Banza immediately rejects any attempts now after several attempts yesterday. Its error code 252 whatever that is and Bitcoin itself rejects because of code 50099 whatever that is. Neither return emails except standard meaningless "will respond in 24 hours" but they dont respond.The Bitcoins are in Exodus which obviously I cant access directly. Any better exchanges??
