Apart from Tether, there have been several alternatives for stablecoins. However, Tether seems to be the most widely used one. It should have depegged when every other stablecoin was having that problem, but it didn't have that issue at the time. I don't think it's going to have any problems in the future.Also, The FTX insolvency was a disaster, but Bitcoin has always survived through any kind of disaster. Transparency is one good reason for its survival.
