No. My point was a general one.
If there is an insto out there that actually wants a big chunk of shares BUT doesn't want to buy on market and push the price waaaaayyyyyy up, then there are 150M (thanks Kalenn) options at 10c coming good around mid-year.
*IF* the director(s) can't acquire them personally for whatever reason, my point is that there *could* still be money made for them and they may be exercised if only to be passed to another entity.
For this type of thing to happen they don't need to be far in the money, or in the money at all.
I'm obviously hoping there way in the money.
