If I were to simply look at the things I know, they are as follows.
1. The BR CEO Evy Hambro has stated publicly how impressed he is with AVB and their future prospects.
2. He has shown this by flying to a tiny speck in South America personally for the opening.
3. His fund is still very heavily invested in AVB.
4. Robbo has shown that BR have sold a small portion of their holding at a loss over a period of time to quell any rise in the SP.
From this mysterious perspective this actually looks positive to me.
