Sean, there have already been two previous trials for BB-401 and they showed some promise, so I don't think there is a comparison to the TT-034 trial. The current trial is designed to improve the patient selection process, thus reducing the number of unsuitable patients, and extend the size of patient population.

We cannot guarantee the results but the odds achieving positive trial outcomes are much better than they were for the previous trial.
