revised sequence of events

Just trying to understand the sequence of events for the NASDAQ listing given the recent news. From what I can gather, TZ are aiming to essentially finish off all the paperwork with the SEC and be in a position to list "when the market conditions are OK". It sounded like they wanted to be fairly dynamic with this. So does this mean that the prospectus, shareholder meetings will be complete, say in the next couple of months, but with no set date on listing so that they can just go when the time is right. They may well look for a positive period, and that maybe only a week or two, where they can list and make a nice gain and establish some momentum.

Nobody has spoken about a revised timeline given the recent update. Anyone offer some thoughts on potential way forward. Thanks.
