1) If they CAP raise ~500k (circa $250 announced today)
2) They received $200k today with the balance of $300k coming end of Feb 2020 in cash
3) $1.35m in shares
With MC of ~$3.5m - BPL will have cash or equivalents at the end of Feb 2020 of approx $2.5m which is an enviable position
