I believe over the next 1-2 years the USA govt will throw billions at the establishment of their own rare earths industry from mines to plants manufacturing finished products like magnets. The current prices in your tables are a guide for building an economic model but we will see big subsidies that will disrupt these models. BPL is in a sweet spot and should benefit hugely in the short run. That could make BPL a ten bagger by Dec 2020.
The demand for rare earths will grow exponentially and there will be a lot of pressure on non ethical producers especially those creating a lot of radioactive waste. Thus BPL should have a long term future after the initial handouts. That could make BPL a hundred plus bagger.
