I am not going to comment your views on how to value a tech company, but you should do more research about a company before you make an assumption such as "for a cash-burning tech company doing annualised sales of around A$3.3M".
2022 HY report has already stated US$4.8m sales i.e. A$7.2m, and annualised would be A$14.4!
