So, a stock issue, at this time?Is this a desperate move to prop up a company that is failing to deliver value to shareholders? Are they about to go broke and loose the lot? Are their real long term plans, to be taken over at an attractive price, that will enable some to retire very rich, with little risk going up in smoke? I am an eternal septic yes, and as a stock holder will be very happy if this is not the case, but??????????
