    there will be a point where the arbitrage will be too much for some and they will buy to accept the offer straight away. That said I would be rather left with undiluted BRM shares than WNI and needing to get rid of them on market to pay my capital gains.

    The whole situation will be too messy if there is another player pulling the stings so I suspect when the dust settles there will be another mop up offer to BRM holders - how much or what that is is anyone's guess.
