    I agree.

    WNI is willing to pay $6.50 for the shares at the moment.

    As time goes on and less and less are available from the mum and dad investors that they have scared off, they will have to up their offer to get the remaining shares.

    Either you have the balls to wait for that (and the need or want to avoid the capital gains tax) or you sell out today and go elsewhere.

    I am holding and waiting for at least $10/share.

    Who knows, there is still a chance our regulators will do something about it, but I am not expecting anything within the immediate time frame. In the meantime, WNI can continue to buy 50 shares here and there until they get tired of the small fry and change their offer to cash.

    Monday closes off the all scrip offer, I think there is a chance they will revise their offer to cash soon in an effort to clean up some more.

    After that, the cash offer will continue to be increased until they get the whole company.

    I am either smart or very very dumb! Who knows, but after sitting on this for 5 years now, what's another 6 months between friends!
