I'm sure Our CEO and Mr Arrogant (Viana) are too busy preparing another useless podcast for the world to hear. Or maybe even another fantastic investor podcast.

I found the last one fascinating in that Mr Arrogant (Viana) spent half the time talking about how the remuneration to management is now mainly tied to performance, but seemed to leave out that his RSU remuneration for the fantastic work he is doing has NO PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS other than a SERVICE CONDITION of between 1 to 10 YEARS (Page 19 of the 2022 Annual Report)

Maybe being handed 3 million RSU in 2022 with no PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS is the reason why he arrogantly states "the share price will do what the share price will do" and "it is what it is".........

Anyway I'm still a long term holder that has not sold a single share....... and that was the biggest mistake i have made in my investing life!!!!
