Hi, it is not about qualified personnel, it is more about CAPEX requirements and access to cheap energy. And yes the lithium story is a bonus and is not at all taken (YET) seriously by investors into the stock valuation, it could turn out to be something big and it could be nothing, who knows, time will tell, however the real story here is about refurbishing an already producing mine with proven track record of 3000tpa at 92% purity and brining the capacity to 6000tpa+ at 94%+ purity. it is low risk/huge reward investment opportunity. Once this is achieved, the stock price will soar and management could concentrate on further expansion to 20.000tpa+ and other projects like Andapa and lithium.
