ive tried to contact them via social media and they arent responding. its been 5 days. (for those that do not know 5 days in social media = 5 weeks via email).
Considering they have a social media style brand it really needs to be quicker and more interactive. Imagine if i was a customer i would have just bought the other formula by now.
