I think stake was sold. she doesn't do any marketing for bubs. alibaba back investment fund invested in Bub and hence bubs goes a lot of discounting through TMall which is alibaba owned. it's hard for bubs to gain market share without huge marketing spend but shareholders won't like that. a2 milk spends huge on marketing and sales have increased year by year. bubs will struggle without the huge marketing spend. if they increase supply and get sell then the stock is wasted or heavily discounted. I saw my local Coles has bubs stock on clearance $15.
