It may or may not depending on the terms of the contract, about which I must say am completely ignorant.
It may well be that the exercise price includes not only the initial acquisition price but also all subsequent capital accretions.
Another possibility is that the option to buy a slice of Caledon starts at 10% and then dwindles with each capital accretion made by the Chinese until it reaches 5%.
