Exactly!...
"Often confused with the Democratic Republic of Congo (formerly Zaïre), on the opposite side of the Congo River, Congo (which is officially known as the Republic of Congo and also sometimes called Congo-Brazzaville) offers a friendlier and altogether less threatening version of its sprawling neighbour."
The continued misrepresentation of SDL in relation to this matter is simply amasing. As the previous poster mentioned a little ACCURATE research will go a long way.
Talbot, Jones and Lewis have and will continue to spend considerable time in Cameroon. That has been plainly evident to date.
I have stayed of the SDL thread for a while due to the nonsense being posted. However facts remain facts and at the moment some posters are attempting to continously taint SDL here with completely false information, Especially in relation to any comparison with the Democratic Republic of Congo, which is erroneous in the extreme.
Like comparing Indonesia to North Korea or Afganistan. If I would have believed all the crap I was told about Indonesia I would never have come to this wonderful place. Just one more example of misleading information that taints locations unfairly and inaccurately.
Pretty simple read Wescotts posts as he is accurate, read the company reports and spend just a little time searching the web.
The false, negative rubbish being posted here and elsewhere on this matter is simply ridiculous and displays some posters lack of willingness to either research or post the facts.
Read up on Cameroon and you will soon see why China et al are chanting at the bit to invest large sums there.
