I'm 100% with you on this mystery. Perhaps those big pharma who would stand to lose billions in profit if their chemo or radiation therapies were ever replaced hold the answer to this question.
Imo, it's no surprise at all that CVac has already resulted in a statistically consistent increase in response rates for those patients who had been subjected to less rounds of prior chemotherapy.
