There’s has been plenty of instances of huge international companies trying to sue small time companies/mum and dad start ups from around the world for using the same name. It’s nothing new. Big companies don’t want their name being used to promote other brands, I see where your coming from but I disagree. I don’t believe QBL is a threat to CAN, and I believe the name situation is simply because of what I’ve stated above. It’s happened plenty of times in the past and will continue to happen into the future.
