Now IF DML does do a CR, I just hope they don't screw us smaller shareholders.

The thing is, if EVERYONE partakes in the CR then no-one's share is diluted but at the same time there is little incentive for anyone to open their cheque books.

So, what some companies like to do is to only offer a discounted CR to the big holders - they jump at the chance to increase their holdings at a discount (the incentive) and all the smaller holders end up missing out and "paying" for the incentive through dilution. Sometimes we are thrown a small bone with management offering the same deal but limiting the number of shares available so those that partake get something.

Hopefully, we will all be offered the same deal IF a CR is done!!
